French Alps
The French alps for me is a place to be completely ‘offline’. Everywhere you look the mountains arise. If you’re a morning person, you should definitely rise early and put on your hiking shoes! Hike you way through the mountains and watch the sun rise. As it hits the peaks, a beautiful color spectacle will happen in front of your eyes!
Above the clouds
The Alps is a mountain range that stretches across several countries, including France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Croatia. The French Alps have peaks reaching a height of 4,810 meters, making them the highest in the entire Alpine region. However, these are not the highest mountains in Europe; those are located in Russia.
Due to this altitude, you will often find yourself above the clouds, with the peaks of the mountains rising above them. On clear days, you can see these clouds stretching out in the various valleys. The view is truly breathtaking!
Dogs
As a dog lover, I love seeing them in their natural habitat. Sled dogs are often trained in the French Alps to pull sleds. They are harnessed in groups and can unleash all their energy in something they love most: running through the snow.
Details
Look around you and admire the beauty of nature. As a photographer, I've learned to appreciate the details as well. From tiny snowflakes on windows, icicles in various shapes, to the footprints of rabbits in the snow. By capturing these through the lens of my camera, I am always reminded of how extraordinary our Earth is.
